Michael Crocker focuses primarily on criminal defense, and he brings with him over eight years of experience dedicated to practicing criminal law. With both prosecution and defense experience, Michael prides himself in the ability to assess the strengths and weaknesses of any criminal case to make sure his clients fully understand each step as they navigate the overwhelming and confusing process that is the criminal justice system. Michael has handled criminal cases at all levels, from disorderly conduct to murder, and he finds no case too big or too small. Michael is a passionate and fervent trial attorney who prides himself on his trial advocacy and has had overwhelming success in the courtroom.
In addition to his criminal defense practice, Michael also accepts family law and civil litigation cases. In family law, Michael assists individuals going through family-related legal issues, including divorce, child custody, and family support issues. In his civil litigation practice, Michael represents people injured in accidents, victimized by others, and facing lawsuits against them.
Aside from his work at WWBA, Michael has served two different terms on the Board of Directors of the Mohave County Bar Association, recently being selected as Secretary. Outside of the legal world, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, camping, concerts, and cheering on his South Carolina Gamecocks.

Representative Experience
Defended individual charged with sexual assault and burglary where the state presented DNA evidence resulting in full acquittal after jury trial.
Defended individual charged with possession of drugs—where those drugs were found in a bag with that individual’s identifying information—yet nonetheless resulting in full acquittal after jury trial.
Represented an individual charged with sexual assault resulting in all charges being dismissed before trial because extensive investigation and litigation proved all accusations against the individual were fabricated.
Defended individual charged with a drug crime, where the State presented a recorded confession, resulting in a full acquittal after jury trial, notwithstanding that confession.
Defended many individuals in bench trials on criminal allegations.
