Bryan Whitney’s practice focuses on the defense of individuals facing criminal charges. He has extensive experience – including over 100 combined jury and bench trials – in all areas of criminal prosecution from simple assault to murder charges, alcohol-related offenses, and allegations involving narcotics, theft, and fraud.

Prior to co-founding Whitney | Whitney | Baldridge | Atkinson, Bryan served as prosecutor with the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team (“MAGNET”) and received specialized training in narcotics enforcement activities. Informed by his prior prosecution experience, Bryan helps individuals understand the charges they face and their options and stands ready to prepare to defend them at trial.

In addition to his criminal defense work, Bryan regularly represents individuals in family law matters.
