Broc obtained his LL.M. in Taxation from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, a top-rated tax law program. It is with this specialized knowledge that Broc provides top level legal services to all of the firm’s clients in such a complex field of law. Since joining the firm in 2018, he has established a strong reputation within the local legal community as an excellent attorney with the drive to advocate for his clients. Broc has represented both individuals and companies in disputes, resolutions, and transactional work. Of notoriety, Broc assisted in the negotiation of settlement involving a multimillion-dollar property dispute, and he obtained a unanimous jury verdict in favor of his client in a weeklong civil trial where the Plaintiff was seeking over $500,000 in direct and punitive damages. Broc is also active within the legal community in other ways. He is currently conducting local seminars on various estate planning and tax related topics with the goal of educating the public and providing self-help learning opportunities.
