Beth Maxwell

Beth brings over 15 years of experience in Arizona family law to our team, having worked extensively as a paralegal before becoming one of the state’s first licensed Legal Paraprofessionals. In her role, Beth is authorized by the Arizona Supreme Court to provide legal advice, draft, and file court documents, and represent clients in family law matters—including divorce, custody, and support.

Beth combines deep legal knowledge with genuine compassion. She’s passionate about helping clients navigate some of life’s most difficult moments with care, clarity, and commitment. Clients appreciate her empathy, her professionalism, and her ability to offer high-quality legal services at a more accessible cost.

Originally from the East Coast, Beth now calls Arizona home. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
