Jake Baldridge’s practice focuses on defending individuals facing criminal charges or investigations at all levels of the criminal justice system. He has experience with all of Mohave County’s and La Paz County’s courts, prosecuting offices, and law enforcement agencies, and he has experience in many other courts across Arizona, including in Maricopa, Pima, and Yavapai Counties. His practice is primarily focused on high-level felony defense, including murder, sexual assault, aggravated assault, dangerous crimes against children, and drug trafficking. However, he represents individuals at all levels, including those facing allegations like driving under the influence (DUI), theft, burglary, forgery, and disorderly conduct.
In addition to his criminal defense practice, Jake also has an active family law and civil litigation practice. In family law cases, Jake assists individuals going through family-related legal issues, including divorce, child custody, and family support issues. In his civil litigation practice, Jake represents people injured in accidents, victimized by others, and facing lawsuits against them.
Aside from his work at WWBA, Jake serves on the Board of Directors of the Mohave County Bar Association, serving as President beginning in 2019.
