Judge Gavel with Justice Lawyers Having Team Meeting at Law Firm
Whitney | Whitney | Baldridge | Atkinson was founded in 2007 as Law Offices of Bryan R. Whitney PLLC, and the main office was located on Stockton Hill Road in Kingman, Arizona. Initially, the firm only handled criminal defense cases, but it quickly expanded into juvenile law in 2009, with the addition of Andraya Whitney to the practice. The firm was re-named Whitney & Whitney PLLC, and it relocated to a newly-renovated building in historic downtown Kingman in 2009.

The firm expanded by adding its second location in Lake Havasu City in 2013 to better serve the people of Mohave County, Arizona. That expansion led to the addition of associate attorneys and an expansion of our areas of practice. That same year, the firm and Lake Havasu City officials, including the Court and City representatives, played integral parts in creating a Veterans Treatment Court within the Lake Havasu City Municipal Court. That Court, with help from the firm, continues to serve the community, focusing on the treatment of, and assistance to, United States veterans.

In 2019, the firm’s longtime associate, Jake Baldridge, who was an intern for the firm in the summer of 2011, was promoted to partner. Later that same year, Joseph “Eric” Atkinson joined the firm as a partner, and the firm was re-named to Whitney | Whitney | Baldridge | Atkinson. In 2022, Broc Wickland, who holds an advanced law degree in taxation and is certified to practice in the United States Tax Court, was named partner.

Our firm serves all of Arizona, with a focus on Mohave and La Paz Counties. Our attorneys are licensed in multiple states and accept a wide variety of cases. States in which at least one attorney associated with the firm holds an active or voluntarily-inactive license to practice include Arizona, Georgia, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Virginia. We will continue to expand and take on new work throughout the Country.
